Profile
is an editorial assistant at the Quill Project. She graduated from the University of York in 2023 with a BA in English and related Literature. Her current responsibilities include overseeing two National Archives Grant projects: the Kansas and Indiana State constitutions. Since starting, she has travelled twice to Utah Valley University to assist their student editors use the Quill platform.

Description: This negotiation contains a selection of mini-models designed to provide an insight into the ongoing work of PACT and to demonstrate Quill's approach to visualising the archive material and tracking the process of negotiation. It differs from our usual approach in that we will be presenting only certain documents and moments in isolation, rather than including everything tabled during the course of a negotiation. This collection is still under construction, and we will be regularly adding small amounts of new material.

It should also be a useful first point of reference for particular queries you may have whilst working on a project. It includes the data entry manual and links to training videos made by documentary editors at Quill.

Description: This document contains the set of rules for the Council and the House of Representatives for the Territory of Minnesota, as published in 1854. At the request of delegate Brown, the Democratic delegates of the Minnesota convention operated under said rules from the 14th July until the 28th July, at which time the Committee on Rules proposed a new code of rules.
