United States Thirteenth Amendment 1863-65

(14 February, 1821 -- 9 November, 1902) Le Blond was an American politician and lawyer. Born in Bellville, Ohio, Le Blond studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1844. Le Blond was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-eighth and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
