Irish Constitution Collection

An act to amend the provisions of article 52 of the Constitution requiring that the members of the executive council shall all be members of Dáil Éireann by providing that certain members of the executive council shall be members of Dáil Éireann and that the remainder shall be members of the oireachtas and by making consequential provision in the Constitution as to the right of attendance and audience of ministers at and in the houses of the oireachtas. Its final version was signed into law by the President on 14 May 1929.
