M.\n\n\tMr. KINGSBURY moved to amend the motion by asking that the resolution be indefinitely postponed.\n\n\tThe yeas and nays being called for and ordered, there were yeas 24, nays 19.\n\n\tThose who voted in the affirmative were,\n\n\tMessrs. Butler, Baker, Burns, Bailly, Baasen, Cantell, Day, Faber, Gilman, Jerome, Kingsbury, Kennedy, Keegan, Meeker, Rolette, Setzer, Streeter, Stacey, Sturgis, Taylor, Tenvoorde, Vasseur, and Wait.—24.\n\n\tThose who voted in the negative were,\n\n\tMessrs. A. E. Ames, Becker, Burwell, Brown, Chase, Gilbert, Gorman, Lashelle, McGrorty, McFetridge, McMahan, Nash, Prince, Sanderson, Sherburne, Swan, Tuttle, Warner, and Mr. President,—19.\n\n\tSo the resolution was indefinitely postponed.\n\n\tOn motion of Mr. Becker a call of the Convention was ordered.\n\n\tWhereupon the roll was called and the absent members directed to be reported in their seats.\n\n\tOn motion Mr. GORMAN was excused from attendance this day.\n\n\tOn motion of Mr. SETZER, further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.\n\n\tOn motion of Mr. BAKER, the Convention adjourned.\n\nH.
