SETZER, BECKER and SHERBURNE in opposition to it.\n\t\""},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Resolved"},{"insert":", That in making up the Journal of this Convention, that all speeches and arguments may be so referred to in the Journal by reference in their order of delivery, as they may be conveniently inserted in their proper place on its final and permanent publication.\"\n\tThe next business in order being the consideration of the resolutions offered by Mr. FLANDRAU on a previous day.\n\tMr. SETZER addressed the Convention in favor of their passage.\n\tMr. A. E. AMES also spoke in favor of their passage.\n\tMr. WARNER then obtained the floor, in explanation of the course of himself and colleagues, and in favor of the passage of the resolutions.\n\tMr. STREETER of Houston County, next took the floor in review of the manner in which the Register of Deeds of his County had attempted to deprive him of his seat in the Convention, and in endorsement of the resolutions.\n\tMr. HOLCOMBE followed in support of the Resolutions.\n\tMr. WAIT of Stearns County, rose to a personal explanation of his political position, and in favor of the resolutions.\n\tMr. BROWN next spoke in favor of their passage.\n\tMr. SHERBURNE then followed supporting the Preamble and Resolutions, as did\n\tMr. CURTIS of Washington County.\n\tMr. BAKER spoke in favor of their passage, and on his motion the Convention adjuurned until Monday at 10 o'clock, A.
