Galbraith, McClure, Aldrich, Stannard and Wilson such Committee, and would respectfully ask the appointment of a similar Committee on the part of the Convention over which you preside.\n\n\t\t\t\t\tYours, most respectfully,\n\nST. Mr. Balcombe presides.\"\n\n\tOn motion of Mr. GORMAN, the previous question was ordered.\n\n\tAnd the yeas and nays being called for and ordered, there were yeas 33, nays 7, as follows:\n\n\tThose who voted in the affirmative were,\n\n\tMessrs. A. E. Ames, M. E. Ames, Armstrong, Becker, Burns, Bur- well, Brown, Curtis, Chase, Emmett, Flandrau, Gorman, Gilman, Holcombe, Kingsbury, Keegan, Leonard, Lashelle, Murray, McGrorty, McFetridge, McMahon, Norris, Nash, Prince, Sanderson, Sherburne, Stacey, Shepley, Swan, Tuttle, Warner and Mr. President—33.\n\n\tThose who voted in the negative were,\n\n\tMessrs.
