This document provides an account of the various meetings that took place on 22 July 1996. It notes that the Irish Government had bilateral meetings with the British Government and the Chairmen in the morning, and in the afternoon and early evening the delegates met in an informal "blood-letting" session to discuss the Drumcree crisis.
