David Andrews was recently appointed as Irish Foreign Minister. This interview was ahead of a meeting with Peter Brooke and the Prime Minister at Downing Street. It was conducted on the phone. The interview concerned Albert Reynolds and his relationship to Major, the Government of Ireland Act being part of talks, and the problem of violence.
