This document provides an account of several meetings that the British Government was part of on 22 July 1996, including several bilateral sessions which included meetings with David Trimble, the Chairmen, delegates from the DUP, delegates from the UDP and the PUP, and the Irish Government. It also provides a record of the informal meeting on procedural rules and the agenda that took place on the same day, where the delegates discussed the recent events at Drumcree. After the meeting, the British Government met with the NIWC, and Patrick Mayhew spoke to George Mitchell.
