A series of 19 amendments proposed by the DUP to the joint government paper 'resolving the address on decommissioning'. The amendments require decommissioning of PIRA weapons as a precondition for entry into the talks proces for Sinn Féin and for the commencement of the three-stranded negotiations in general. They also make it a precondition for decommissioning of Loyalist weapons.
