This document, presented by Sinn Féin, describes their position on constitutional issues in relation to Strands 1 and 2. Sinn Féin stated that its primary objective was the realisation of the right of the Irish people to national self-determination. They called the British Government to encourage, facilitate and enable agreements by the Irish people regarding their constitutional status, and described their vision for a constitution and Charter of Rights of a unified Ireland.
