This document, presented by the PUP, describes their position on the nature, form and extent of new arrangements in relation to Strand 2. The PUP acknowledged that the UK and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland shared mutual interests in the areas of tourism, agriculture and fisheries, and energy. They stated that all non-executive bodies established from cooperation between the two countries would need ratification from the parliaments of the Belfast and Dublin.
