This document was presented by the PUP regarding the principles and requirements envisioned by the party in relation to Strand 2. The PUP called for the Republic to remove articles 2 and 3 from its constitution, for the creation of new relationships between Northern Ireland and the parliaments/assemblies of Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the EU, and for all participants to acknowledge the special relationship between Strands 2 and 3.
