This document, presented by the PUP, describes their position on constitutional issues in relation to Strand 2. PUP stated that Northern Ireland was a part of the UK as long as its people willed the same, and that the future relationships between the Northern Ireland and the Republic, and between the Republic and the UK, would improve if the Irish Government rescinded articles 2 and 3 from the Irish Constitution.
