The Office of the Independent Chairmen, in a communication dated 18 September 1997, informed the UUP, PUP, and UDP about a scheduled plenary session on 23 September 1997. This session will address the formal representation submitted by the UUP against Sinn Féin, following the format used in previous representations. Each party will have thirty minutes to present their case and response, with a total of three hours allocated for the debate, which may be extended if necessary. Additionally, the Office solicits views from participating parties regarding a request from the DUP for minutes of meetings held after its voluntary withdrawal from the talks, asking for responses to be conveyed during the week of 22 September.
