The document outlines the allowances and financial support provided to delegates and parties involved in the negotiations, as indicated in Michael Ancram's letter dated April 18. Elected delegates are entitled to a loss of earnings allowance of £100 per day, or £50 for less than four hours, based on their attendance at the negotiations, which can be claimed in arrears. Delegations and party support staff can claim subsistence and travel expenses at standard Civil Service rates. Additionally, parties involved in the negotiations will receive a flat rate party allowance of £300 per day and a party research grant for vouched expenditures up to £6,000 per quarter.
