The minutes from the fourteenth meeting of Strand One on 23 March 1998, chaired by Mr Murphy, document discussions among various political parties including Alliance, Labour, NIWC, PUP, Sinn Féin, SDLP, UDP, and UUP. Mr Murphy concluded the meeting by suggesting the Business Committee consider moving negotiations into bilateral and multilateral formats and allocate time for further discussions on the British Government's Criminal Justice and Policing Papers.
